Acknowledgement
By reading these terms and conditions you acknowledge that Juno Kids Australia (ABN: 98637357335) is a retail store selling kids formal wear, general clothing, shoes and accessories.
The sale is between "Juno Kids Australia” (Previously known as Twinkle toes on the go) the seller and "you" the customer.
By becoming a member or purchasing online, you give permission for Juno Kids Australia to contact you if required.


Purchases are made by Credit card via a secure merchant, PayPal or direct debit. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can sign up for PayPal by logging into PayPal.
Direct transfer payment can be made, please contact us for further assistance.

By making a purchase you acknowledge you are over 18 years of age.

By making a deposit on an item means you commit to a purchase and acknowledge that at anytime of cancellation of an order that a deposit will not be reimbursed.

All sales are posted to Australia wide and selected International countries, you can see if we ship to your country via the checkout.
Postage is through Australia post, pack and track service. The costs are calculated at checkout over the weight and distance of destination.

Unless otherwise specified, Juno Kids will deliver the good to the address indicated on the order form.
 

Delivery can take between 3-35 working days.
All items in stock are shipped within 24 hours on business days.
All formal wear unless in stock in store can take up to 2-3 week from time of order.
All formal wear orders go out only on the 1st Monday of every month, therefore your order can take up to 2-3 weeks from your Monday week.
All international special orders are ordered with good faith, your understanding is well appreciated while the orders are out of our hands during the hands of any international delivery company.
All orders including International orders will be posted via Australia Post Air Mail.
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, therefore require a physical residential or business address.

If you live locally and would like to view and purchase the items in person, you can do this by visiting our store. Visit our contact page for opening times and location.

Most images on this website are displayed via our wholesale companies, therefore some of the images might be less quality than others. Please be aware colors might differentiate between computer monitor.

Returns have a 14 day return policy from date specified on your receipt. If this is the case, we are happy to apply a credit note or exchange once the item is accessed. ALL items are to have retained tags and receipt. Please contact us via email and indicate your order number or simply pop into our store with your product.
Special orders - Our formal range comes direct from the USA, thus once purchased there will be no returns accepted unless agreed upon, if so the customer will incur a $30 non refundable fee and a credit note will apply on the remainder.

Faulty item are accepted once accessed. You must provide proof of purchase within 30 days. A replacement will be offered of a similar item before refund is offered. If a replacement is not possible in store, we may offer to contact the manufacture for a replacement, please note some manufacturers may wish to deal with you direct and ask you to send some photo's thru with your contact details. Please contacting us prior before returning your item as we are always happy to help.

Exchanges are accepted if sizing is incorrect. The buyer shall return the item back in store or post with a return paid envelope at the buyers expense.
Their is a 14 day exchange policy and a proof of purchase receipt is required.
If the buyer lives locally you can contact 'Juno Kids' and make an appointment to exchange the item in person. All items should have retained tags at all times.
All exchange inquiries require contacting us prior to returning your item. Please contact us via email and indicate your order number.
No returns or exchange on special orders.
